Dry cleaning

Different garments need different care.

A shirt needs a different approach from a lined coat or a formal dress. Suitable items in the clothing category are washed and ironed; the cleaning partner uses dry cleaning or another appropriate method when required.

Select the garment type in the calculator. Mention delicate decorations, missing care labels or particular stains in advance. The actual treatment depends on the fabric, care label and assessment of the item.

Is every item dry cleaned?

No. A dry-cleaning service does not mean that every garment goes through the same process. The appropriate method depends on the care label, fabric and assessment.

Is ironing included?

Relevant clothing items include ironing or suitable finishing. Items that should not be ironed are cared for according to their care instructions.

Should I treat a stain myself first?

Tell us what you have already tried and follow the care label. For delicate items, discuss the options before attempting another stain treatment.

Does MrKliin operate its own dry cleaner?

MrKliin is a trade name of RGS Consultants and an online service. RGS Consultants organises logistics and customer communication; an appointed cleaning partner carries out the actual cleaning.
