Is hypoallergenic care guaranteed fragrance-free?
Not automatically. The product and process must be confirmed first. There is no guarantee that every possible allergen or fragrance residue will be excluded.
Can I order an extra option on its own?
These options supplement the relevant laundry or garments. Always specify which items the requested care applies to.
What is the difference between medium and large hang-dry?
They are two additional options for an appropriate amount of laundry. The catalogue does not specify a fixed weight allowance; application is agreed beforehand.
Can hand washing or hang-dry be combined with Express 24H?
Only if the cleaning partner confirms that the combination is possible. Drying time and material requirements may mean a longer turnaround.
