MrKliin is a trade name of RGS Consultants. RGS Consultants organises the online service, customer communication and transport between the customer and a professional laundry or dry-cleaning partner. The appointed partner carries out the actual cleaning.
This avoids a separate trip to a drop-off point. Your address, access details and preferred timing must still be confirmed. Completing an order summary does not itself schedule a collection.

Minimum order €60Below €60, the calculator adds the difference as a minimum-order fee. This applies to the full summary, not to each service separately.
Express 24H +50%50% extra on the order including any minimum-order fee. Express availability is confirmed beforehand.

Where do you collect?
The website has service-area pages for Utrecht and surrounding towns. Whether your address can be included in a route must be confirmed when the request is discussed. See the locations overview for the listed areas.
Is Express 24H always available?
No. You can select Express as a preference. Availability depends on the item, cleaning process and schedule and is confirmed at acceptance. The surcharge is 50% of the order including any minimum-order fee.
What happens with an order below €60?
The online order summary has a €60 minimum. The difference up to €60 is added automatically as a minimum-order fee. An empty order does not incur a fee.
Is my appointment booked as soon as I fill in the form?
No. The current calculator creates a downloadable summary. Automatic order submission and payment are not connected yet. Pickup and processing only take place after the request and arrangements have been confirmed.
